At MG Santa Anita, we are looking for a Digital and BDC Coordinator who will lead the strategy for generating, tracking, and converting digital prospects, ensuring an agile and professional experience for our customers. Required Profile **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.** **Minimum 2 years of experience in digital sales, BDC, or automotive marketing.** **Experience leading commercial or digital teams.** **Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools.** **Strong focus on metrics and results.** **Excellent communication and leadership skills.** Key Responsibilities **Supervise and coordinate handling of leads from social media, company website, portals, and digital campaigns.** **Ensure optimal response times and timely follow-up with prospects.** **Administer and ensure proper use of the agency’s CRM.** **Measure key performance indicators (contactability, appointments scheduled, appointments attended, closing rate, etc.).** **Design strategies to increase lead-to-sale conversion.** **Train and monitor the BDC team.** **Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments.** **Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.** We Offer \-Competitive base salary. \-Bonus scheme based on goal achievement. \-Statutory benefits.
