Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Main Responsibilities: * Develop and formulate new food products, ensuring quality, flavor, and regulatory compliance. * Conduct shelf-life and product stability studies. * Implement formulation process improvements to optimize costs and efficiency. * Coordinate pilot-scale trials and industrial-scale scaling. * Document and validate laboratory and production test results. * Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Commercial departments to ensure technical and commercial viability of projects. * **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Food Science (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in product development, formulation, and shelf-life studies. * Knowledge of national and international food regulations. * Proficiency in research methodologies and sensory analysis. * Strong teamwork skills, effective communication, and results orientation. * Experience in developing functional or healthy food products. * Proficiency in specialized software for formulation or analysis. * Technical English.
