Join our team! PLAN AND EXECUTE "PHYSICAL" AND "CYCLIC" INVENTORIES, AS WELL AS SUGGEST OPPORTUNITIES FOR SPACE OPTIMIZATION. Functions and Responsibilities * Plans and performs regular inventory verification counts to ensure exact alignment between the physical inventory stock in the warehouse and its respective documentary or electronic records. * Reports any inventory stock or record discrepancies (product descriptions and specifications, codes, quantities, expiration dates, batches, and locations) to the Regional Quality Manager. * Participates in reconciliation or investigation processes assigned by the Regional Quality Manager to clarify inventory records (internal or with clients). * Identifies and reports to the immediate supervisor any non-compliance with Frialsa’s operational procedures and standards. * Identifies and reports opportunities for space optimization within inventory areas. * Identifies and reports any deviations from occupational health and safety standards. * Collaborates in the training and development of team members, including those aimed at ensuring correct application of maintenance and operational procedures or standards, or others.
