Job Summary: A major construction company is seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with project experience for analysis, quantification, integration of economic proposals, and follow-up. Documentary tracking and control of tenders **MAJOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY:** SEEKING: CIVIL ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT WITH PROJECT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering 6 months to 1 year of project experience Advanced Excel proficiency Availability to visit construction sites. Main Responsibilities 1\. Initial Project Analysis Review of tender documents, drawings, specifications, and item catalog. Identification of project scope, constraints, and risks. Detection of inconsistencies or missing information. 2\. Quantification and Volume Review Generation of take-off quantities from drawings. Validation of volumes against the item catalog. Cross-referencing of information among drawings, specifications, and baseline budget. Adjustments and corrections to ensure technical consistency. 3\. Economic Proposal Integration Preparation and/or review of unit price analyses (UPA). Integration of construction budgets. Requesting and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Cost optimization without compromising technical feasibility. 4\. Tracking and Control Documentary control for each tender. Monitoring of results and feedback. Generation of tender status reports. Key Responsibilities Accuracy in volumes and budgets. Adherence to delivery deadlines. Technical quality of the proposal. Information control and organization. Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Technical Knowledge: Reading of execution drawings. Construction quantification. Unit price analysis. Excel proficiency. Skills Analytical thinking. Attention to detail. Organization and documentary control. Ability to work under pressure. Communication with technical departments and suppliers.
