




Job Summary: The Project Engineer will be responsible for the planning, execution, and control of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality requirements. Foster teamwork and a collaborative work environment **Job Objective:** The Project Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the **planning, execution, and control** of construction projects (industrial warehouses, buildings, and steel-structured mezzanines), guaranteeing delivery on **time**, within **budget**, and to **quality** standards. This will be achieved through **resource optimization**, effective **team management**, and efficient communication with stakeholders, directly contributing to the company’s **profitability** and **reputation**. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor activity schedules for each assigned project * Conduct daily monitoring of project status and progress * Track scheduled activities and milestone achievement * Cross-reference and interpret drawings (architectural, structural, topographic, and engineering) * Validate fabrication drawings * Coordinate operational meetings and track action items * Manage and supervise multiple projects simultaneously * Monitor suppliers and control fabrication timelines * Implement improvements in project execution methodologies * Manage corrective and preventive actions * Prepare and update project reports and KPIs * Maintain constant communication with internal teams and various departments * Ensure achievement of objectives regarding time, cost, and quality * Foster teamwork and a collaborative work environment **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field * Minimum of **3 years of experience in construction project management** * Knowledge of Industrial Design, Material Properties, and Structural Analysis * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and Excel** * Experience in **interpretation and cross-referencing of multidisciplinary drawings** * Ability to identify **project deviations and manage changes** * Capability to **plan, execute, and control construction projects for industrial warehouses, buildings, and mezzanines** based on steel structures * Focus on **resource optimization**, adherence to timelines and budgets * Leadership of teams and coordination across multiple fronts * Effective communication and collaborative work skills * Strong results orientation * Willingness to travel occasionally **Benefits** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Employment Type:** Full-time, Hybrid model, On-site **Open Positions:** 1 **Salary:** $22,000 MXN net per month **Statutory Benefits** **About the Company** We are a 100% Mexican company specializing in the integrated design, fabrication, and installation of industrial metal structures, focused on delivering solutions that simply cannot fail.
