Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial technician with experience in plastic injection processes to propose improvements, participate in continuous improvement and process standardization projects, and ensure proper machinery operation and compliance with safety standards. Work with injection technologies and plastic materials Industrial technical career or related field. SAP system knowledge 1–2 years of experience in plastic injection processes, performing the following activities: - Propose improvements to reduce scrap, rework, and cycle times. - Participate in continuous improvement projects aligned with quality objectives. - Support process standardization and documentation updates. - Apply improvement tools (5S, PDCA, FMEA, Kaizen). - Verify proper operation of injection machines and peripheral equipment (dryers, - temperature controllers, chillers, dosing units). - Coordinate with Maintenance department on fault reporting and follow-up. - Ensure appropriate use of molds and machinery per technical instructions. - Comply with industrial safety standards and PPE requirements. - Operate equipment according to safe practices and established procedures. - Report unsafe conditions and acts. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE • Thermoplastic injection processes. • Plastic materials used in plumbing (PVC, PP, PE, ABS, etc.). • Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. • Operation of peripheral equipment. • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality control. • Advanced Excel, including macro usage.
