Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Confianza**Job Objective** Manage projects within their scope, ensuring their proper execution for New Product (NP) development, Reformulations (RF), and Alternative Manufacturer Evaluation (EFA).**Responsibilities and Activities** * Apply constraint-based methods and Quality by Design (QbD) principles to New Product (NP), Reformulation (RF), and Alternative Manufacturer Evaluation (EFA) development projects, in alignment with management objectives. * Perform activities associated with the Quality Management System under a compliance code adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Coordinate project execution within their scope according to the work plan, approved budget, and delivery schedule, meeting critical quality attributes of the products. * Provide necessary tools and resources to support activity execution within assigned teams (multidisciplinary teams involved in a project). Experience * Pharmaceutical industry * Project management * Development of performance indicators Knowledge * Office 365 / MS Project * Project management methodologies and tools * National and international pharmaceutical regulations * Quality by Design (QbD) principles Education Bachelor's degree in Chemical-Pharmaceutical or Chemical-Biological fields or \*related disciplines**Complementary Profile** Passport letter mandatory.
