Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators for a company with 30 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, performing machine operations and packaging. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for: Production Operators Education: Completion of elementary school or higher No experience required. Responsibilities: * Wear personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, wristbands, and aprons) while performing duties. * Operate injection molding machines while ensuring product quality. * Immediately report any issue affecting product quality to your supervisor. * Ensure production efficiency (machine cycle time per model). * Prepare seats for packaging (deflashing, hinge assembly, strap cutting). * Perform primary seat packaging (bagging, strapping, individual boxing). * Complete documentation. * Arrive punctually at the assigned work area for shift handover with the relieving colleague.
