Promotion of an ethical and collaborative work environment Manage and ensure achievement of commercial, operational, and service quality objectives at the Service Office through leadership, training, and supervision of Group and Individual methodology sales teams (Group Credit Leaders, CI Deputy Managers, CI Advisors, and Promoters), guaranteeing effective execution of field and office activities in accordance with institutional policies, regulations, and methodologies. Additionally, coordinate with the Operations team to ensure proper administrative and operational functioning of the Office, fostering an ethical, professional, and collaborative work environment focused on achieving results and continuous improvement
