Suntory Global Spirits is a place where you can come Unleash your Spirit by making an impact each and every day. **What makes this a great opportunity?** Effectively manage material records in accordance with SOTS procedures**Role Responsibilities** Timely and effectively create material master data for packaging materials in the SAP system. * Receive and securely store invoices arriving at the warehouse. * Sign off on the quantity of packaging materials received. * Register suppliers in the supplier evaluation system. * Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation. * Support preparation of reports on materials consumed on production lines. * Support destruction activities. * Attend required work meetings. * Responsible for issues arising in the Material Management System. * Participate in resolving and preventing material safety issues. * Perform all other job-related tasks as directed by supervisor. * Support tracking of supplier invoice payments. * Report issues arising in the Tequila Safety Management System. * Report material shortages to Procurement for inventory purposes. * Verify pending orders awaiting delivery. * Notify Packaging of order status and material availability for packaging. * Comply with BASC Management System requirements. * Support inventory counts for packaging materials in the warehouse. **Qualifications** **Education:** Completed High School **Knowledge and Skills:** Warehouse operations **Experience:** 1 year in similar roles While relocation, immigration, and/or tax compliance support are not guaranteed, we may offer assistance to successful candidates depending on factors such as role requirements in accordance with company guidelines.
