As a **Mold Technician** *We are located at the Technology Park (La Venta del Astillero)* **Job Objective:** Maintain molds in proper working condition according to plans established by the Mold Shop Supervisor, and fabricate parts either from design specifications or through field measurements. **Main Responsibilities:** · Perform preventive maintenance on molds as per the schedule established by the Mold Shop Supervisor. · Perform corrective maintenance, repairs, or improvements on molds. · Deliver molds to production and receive them back, verifying their good condition. · Fabricate required parts or tooling for equipment, molds, or processes as needed. · Record spare parts used during repairs and services. · Comply with procedures and good work practices. · Complete daily activity logs and various departmental forms. · Fulfill work orders issued by production or any other operational department. **Working Hours:** Rotating shifts monthly Morning shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 – 14:00 hrs Afternoon shift: Monday to Saturday, 14:00 – 21:00 hrs Night shift: Monday to Friday, 21:00 – 6:00 hrs **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings Fund: 7.5% and Vacation Bonus: 35%, effective from the 3rd month * Grocery vouchers * Subsidized cafeteria * Monthly bonus up to 11 days’ base salary, contingent upon plant and department performance results. * Annual attendance bonus * Birthday leave * Uniforms * Employee transportation (North and South Perimeter) * Weekly payroll Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $20,000.00 – $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed high school (Desirable) Experience: * Lathe operation: 3 years (Mandatory) * Injection mold maintenance: 3 years (Mandatory) * Measuring instruments: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
