Execute the onboarding process—including logistics, DO department induction, and feedback sessions—to support staff retention, per established onboarding guidelines. 2\. Administer and monitor the performance evaluation process via the designated platform to generate actionable decision-making data. 3\. Implement development plans and programs for administrative and operational staff to support professional growth and retention, guided by applicable procedures, policies, and formats. 4\. Conduct surveys to assess organizational and workplace climate, capturing and presenting results to incentivize improvements or implement corrective and enhancement actions, per applicable procedures, policies, and formats. 5\. Support the request and management of material resources for the DO department to implement the new employee integration program, following applicable internal procedures.
