Due to expansion and new warehouse opening, we are seeking a Shipping Manager. **Responsibilities** * Plan * Coordinate and supervise warehouse and cargo dispatch activities * Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient product delivery, complying with organizational quality, safety, and cost standards * Coordinate daily scheduling based on orders and routes * Supervise proper cargo preparation, loading, and documentation * Optimize resource utilization (personnel, space, activities) * Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and service levels * Control and maintain up-to-date warehouse records * Coordinate with departments such as shipping and sales * Manage incidents (delays, damages, shortages) * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations * Evaluate the performance of subordinates * Propose improvements to logistics processes Requirements Education: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 6 months of experience as Warehouse Manager * Experience managing personnel * Time management skills * Organized and structured Apply through this channel Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
