A leading LATAM company with 50 years in the market, specializing in equipment for the Food Industry, is seeking: **REGIONAL SALES MANAGER.** **Location:** Central Mexico. **Profile:** * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree. * Proven experience as a **Commercial Manager** or **Regional Manager**, mandatory in the **HORECA** and/or food sectors. * Strong negotiation, leadership, and results-oriented skills. * Experience managing commercial teams and consistently meeting sales targets. * Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to advise on solutions. * Ability to train and motivate multidisciplinary teams. * Monitoring and achievement of KPIs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Weekly monitoring of sales quotas across all regions. * Supervision of commercial visit compliance across different cities. * Assignment of territories to Commercial Advisors and performance review. * Ongoing coordination and feedback with Commercial Executives. * Authorization and control of expenses related to business travel. * Design of strategies to improve productivity of field advisors. * Personalized attention to key customers and achievement of personal sales quota. * Continuous motivation and support for the commercial force. * Technical advisory on our equipment. * Resolution of customer complaints and feedback to the relevant team. * Inventory analysis and generation of purchase orders. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Career development and academic growth plan. * Major medical expense insurance. * Uncapped commissions. **Work Location: Central Mexico.**
