Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Job Objective** Ensure the timely capture of employee schedules, absences, and overtime hours, as well as consolidate time clock entries recorded in timekeeping devices to accurately reflect attendance, absences, overtime, and resolution of red error messages—supporting payroll calculation and correct payment of attendance and productivity bonuses. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Register in the system schedule rotations, absence requests, attendances, and coverage assignments requested by supervisors and/or department heads. * Perform pre-approval of overtime requests in the system as submitted by supervisors and/or department heads.Experience * ERP system experience \| 6 months Knowledge * Basic Excel proficiency * Basic Outlook proficiency Education Bachelor's degree At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity.
