Tendering. Technical / Construction drafting. Reading and interpretation of blueprints. Field surveys. Public Works Law and Regulations. Construction estimates. Construction supervision. Document control. Project administration. Management of public and private construction contracts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and Opus is mandatory.
