The role requires technical knowledge (mechanical/electrical), proficiency in CMMS/SAP, organizational skills, analytical ability, and communication skills to manage the backlog and ensure safety. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Define the scope of maintenance work. * Plan and track work orders. * Manage the *backlog* (pending work) and performance indicators. * Ensure necessary resources, tools, and materials are available. * Update technical documentation for equipment. Experience * 2 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in planning, scheduling, or supervision roles. * Implementation of maintenance planning \- 2 years * Management of document control systems \- 2 years * Analysis and monitoring of maintenance indicators \- 2 years * Execution of maintenance strategies \- 2 years * Root cause analysis \- 2 years. Knowledge * Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP PM, Fracttal, Cegid Valuekeep, etc. * Inventory management and spare parts management. * Interpretation of technical drawings, catalogs, and manuals. * Safety and environmental regulations. * Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. Education Bachelor's Degree **Complementary Profile** * Desired experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, personal care, food, or automotive industries, and warehouse process management (spare parts). * Desired knowledge of Minitab (statistical analysis).
