Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst for Disbursements and Accounts Payable, responsible for administrative and financial control and follow-up of high-volume operations. Participation in growth projects At Tacos Los Tarascos, we are looking for an Accounting Analyst for the Disbursements and Accounts Payable department, responsible for controlling and providing administrative and financial follow-up to operational activities across business units. We seek an organized, analytical individual with experience in vendor management, payment scheduling, and disbursement administration within high-volume operations. Main Responsibilities: * Review, validation, and recording of invoices, credit notes, and tax receipts. * Control and follow-up of accounts payable across multiple branches. * Reconciliation and control of vendor balances. * Payment scheduling and follow-up. * Vendor communication and clarification. * Preparation of disbursement and accounts payable reports. * Validation of administrative and financial information. * Monitoring of payment due dates and maturities. * Document control and accounting record archiving. * Support in accounting closings and reconciliations. * Analysis of disbursement transactions and variances. * Coordination with procurement, operations, and accounting departments. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or disbursements. * Experience handling high-volume data and multiple business units. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with pivot tables and reporting. * Experience with Talos ERP or other administrative/restaurant management systems. * Knowledge of invoicing and tax validation. * Organization, follow-up, and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Desirable: * Experience in restaurants, retail, or multi-unit companies. * Knowledge of administrative controls and cash flow management.
