Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence **Job Objective** Lead the implementation of changes and best practices in manufacturing plants to improve efficiency, quality, and competitiveness, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and optimizing business profitability through the use of technological tools. **Responsibilities and Activities** * **Implementation of Best Practices:** Ensure plant improvements comply with national and international regulations (COFEPRIS, FDA, ISO 9001\). * **Change Management:** Develop strategies for adopting new processes and train personnel on the use of technological tools. * **Process Optimization:** Identify opportunities to reduce production costs and eliminate bottlenecks without compromising quality. * **Technical Validation:** Participate in the validation of computerized systems and ensure the integrity of documentary data. * **Interdisciplinary Collaboration:** Work with Engineering, Production, and Quality to ensure operational changes are coherent and effective. Experience * Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (Solutions, Injectables, and Oral products). * Process control and document management. * SAP usage and personnel management (minimum 2 years). Knowledge * Pharmaceutical regulations: NOM\-059, NOM\-072, CFR21, and GAMP 5\. * Systems: SAP (ECC and S/4 HANA). * Tools: Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.
