Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal and safe operation of equipment and facilities. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery. 3. Comply with the food safety management system. Our FSSC22000 certification guarantees that all our products meet the highest quality standards and provide full assurance regarding food safety. **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you must ensure implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, guaranteeing optimal, efficient, and safe operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities, while complying with quality and food safety standards. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Industrial Refrigeration, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical maintenance, building maintenance, water treatment, and refrigeration. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools and equipment. * Basic Office skills. **Responsibilities:** * Timely and proper execution of preventive maintenance on machinery and facilities. * Maintaining equipment and facilities at optimal operational levels. * Receiving, managing, attending to, tracking, and closing work orders. * Conducting failure analysis. * Compliance with the food safety management system. * Chlorinating and determining water concentration, maintaining corresponding records. * Monitoring and recording chamber temperatures. * Completing checklists. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary * Performance bonus * All statutory benefits * Job stability * A dynamic and development-oriented work environment Living in the Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, San Isidro Mazatepec, or adjacent areas is mandatory.
