Opportunity to coach and develop outbound call center representatives Call Center Manager – Appointment Setting (Solar) – Remote **We are hiring a Call Center Manager to run and improve our appointment\-setting team.** This role is focused on managing reps, improving appointment output, and keeping the team consistent and structured. **Responsibilities:** * Manage a team of appointment setters * Track daily performance (appointments set and verified) * Monitor reps through calls and recordings * Hold one\-on\-one meetings and coaching sessions * Ensure reps follow scripts, schedules, and processes * Maintain attendance and daily consistency * Support hiring and interviews when needed * Ensure CRM notes and activity are updated **Requirements:** * 3\+ years managing outbound call center teams * Experience with appointment setting teams (required) * Experience **building, rebuilding, or scaling a team** (not just maintaining one) * Strong organization and attention to detail * Experience with CRM systems (Go High Level is a plus) * Fluent English **This role is not for you if:** * You have only managed already\-established teams * You have never hired or rebuilt a team from scratch * You need constant direction * You don’t follow up consistently * You avoid managing performance issues * You struggle with organization **Compensation:** * $300–$400/week * Performance bonuses **Schedule:** * Monday–Friday * 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST Job Types: Full\-time, Commission Pay: $5,300\.00 \- $7,000\.00 per week Work Location: Remote
