Position Summary: GIGACABLE is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, selection, payroll management, and compliance with labor obligations. Key Highlights: 1. GIGACABLE, a 100% Aguascalientes-based company, invites you to join its team as: Human Resources Manager (with payroll experience) Job Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate recruitment and personnel selection processes, including job posting, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and personnel file preparation. Manage IMSS affiliate transactions (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). Prepare and administer weekly and biweekly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compliance. Perform calculations and payments due to IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and the labor union. Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, as well as preparation and retention of related documentation. Administer control, allocation, and retention of uniforms and personal protective equipment. Verify infrastructure condition and coordinate corrective actions when necessary. Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff. Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Industrial Relations, Human Capital, Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience managing payroll and fulfilling obligations with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. Solid knowledge of labor legislation, Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, and INFONAVIT Law. Proven experience in similar positions. We Offer: Base salary of $15,000 per month. Biweekly payment. Statutory benefits. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Work location: Downtown Aguascalientes, Ags.
