Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the restaurant immaculate, ensuring hygiene, order, and excellent presentation for customers and staff in all areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Keep the restaurant immaculate in all areas 2. Ensure hygiene, order, and excellent presentation 3. Proper maintenance of cleaning equipment and responsible use of materials Maintain the restaurant immaculate in all areas (dining area, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior), ensuring hygiene, order, and excellent presentation for customers and staff. Working hours from Monday to Sunday: 11:00 a.m.\-7:00 p.m. (Independencia) Midweek day off Cleaning experience (restaurant experience preferred). Efficiency, orderliness, and consistent cleanliness. Responsible, punctual, and with a positive attitude. Proper maintenance of cleaning equipment and responsible use of materials. Ability to follow hygiene protocols, inventories, and logbooks.
