Leading Telecommunications Company Seeks ### **FIBER OPTIC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervision of installation and collection crews. * Management of material resources required to fulfill service orders (fuel, vehicles, optical fiber, connectors, etc.). * Management of human resources to achieve daily objectives (scheduling shifts, rest assignments). * Conducting supervisory rounds to monitor team work. * Intervention in emergency situations occurring during fieldwork, such as fines, accidents, or damage to third-party property. * Assigning service orders to team members and tracking them in the client system. * Validating workload and issuing tools to technicians so they can perform their tasks promptly. * Verifying vehicle condition via a checklist, ensuring both visual and mechanical suitability for proper job execution. * Conducting inventory of materials and tools, processing necessary write-offs and replenishments to ensure operational continuity. * Performing periodic comparisons of tools and materials issued versus those returned, clarifying discrepancies and issuing deduction slips where applicable. * Recording fuel consumption data and associated expense amounts to maintain better control over each vehicle’s expenditures. * Supporting field crews during complex or time-consuming installations to ensure timely delivery of customer service. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of $17,000 + bonus up to $10,000 * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits: Minor medical expense insurance, discounts on medical consultations and diagnostic tests, savings fund, payroll-based loans and advances, online shopping discounts and discounts with various brands. * Laptop and mobile phone. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week * 8:00 AM until completion of assigned service orders for the team **WORK LOCATION:** * Lomas 64030 Monterrey, N.L.
