Are you detail-oriented, organized, and highly proficient at typing? At MEGA, we are looking for someone like you to join our administrative team and help keep our information up to date. = Your Objective = Ensure all received information is accurately, quickly, and securely entered into our internal databases. = Responsibilities = • Data entry: Inputting data into the system. • Document validation: Verifying the accuracy of information prior to processing. • Entering sales reported via telephone or through the platform into the system, validating that the information contained therein is correct and complete to prevent incidents. • Receiving sales receipts as well as sales quantity reports from supervisors to verify information, process system entries, or reject them accordingly. • Conducting daily cash reconciliations at the end of each shift to ensure sales data matches reported figures. • Handling personal data. = Candidate Requirements = • Education: Completed high school diploma or technical administrative program. • Experience: Preferred 6 months to 1 year in similar roles. = Benefits = • Base salary of $9,451 monthly (gross). • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. • Transportation allowance (outbound only). • Statutory benefits from day one. • Job stability and excellent work environment.
