Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to lead a team, manage customers, and ensure achievement of objectives in the manufacturing and sale of scaffolding. Key Highlights: 1. Company committed to the development of its employees **\*ANDAMIOS Y EQUIPOS AMARILLOS SA DE CV\*** A company committed to the development of each of our employees, engaged in the manufacturing, sale, and rental of scaffolding, shoring systems, and construction accessories nationwide. **We require:** **\*Sales Supervisor:\*** **\*Responsibilities:\*** * Monitoring and follow-up of incidents involving the team under her supervision. * Supervision of a sales team (1\-2 people reporting to her). * Attention to key customers (quotations and follow-up). * Achievement of monthly sales targets (performance measurement). * Monitoring and adherence to monthly budgets, inventory levels, and supplies. * Client invoicing and cash handling. * Customer prospecting. * Reporting any service failures. * Supervision of branch cleanliness. **\*Working Hours:\*** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm. **\*Location:\*** Av. de la Convención de 1914 Ote. 1405, Miravalle, 20020 Aguascalientes, Ags. **\*Requirements:\*** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the described responsibilities. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor. * Professional appearance. * Responsible. * Passion for customer service and sales. * Highly committed. **\*We Offer:\*** * $18,000\.00 monthly \- gross salary – paid every 14 days. * Statutory benefits (100% IMSS coverage, year-end bonus, vacation, profit sharing, uniforms, etc.). * 3% punctuality and attendance bonus. * Monthly commissions. * Guaranteed bonus of $2,000\.00 monthly for the first three months (paid only if commissions fall below $2,000\.00\). * Direct employment with the company. **\*Enhanced Benefits upon Completion of Probation Period (3 months):\*** * Savings fund contribution of 5% (doubled and disbursed in December). * Grocery vouchers equal to 5% of salary. * Personal loans (up to 15 days of nominal salary). * School support for children (August). * Financial assistance for birth, marriage, or death of an immediate family member. **\*Annual Benefit:\*** * Major Medical Expense Insurance \- individual.
