Key Highlights: 1. Manages student enrollment, withdrawal, and official documentation procedures. 2. Ensures compliance with school requirements and regulations. 3. Collaborates in improving school administration processes. Your Main Challenges: • Establish and maintain up-to-date registration and tracking of student enrollment and re-enrollment for each academic cycle, generating the incorporation report to submit the Inspection and Surveillance fee payment to SEP. • Timely manage student withdrawal procedures by following the processes outlined in MOISES and the academic calendar, delivering official documents certifying students’ academic trajectory at the institution—such as certificates, diplomas, and/or degrees. • Ensure student enrollment complies with requirements established in the school regulations and MOISES guidelines, through review of students’ files and original documents submitted for file integration at the Institution. • Guide and respond to student information requests by liaising with other campus or corporate departments regarding students’ academic trajectories, aiming to deliver high-quality service. • Safeguard, inspect, and ensure accurate preparation of official documentation—including full and partial certificates, equivalency certificates, titles, and/or degrees—through review of student files and Banner system records, to deliver documents compliant with existing standards and manuals. • Process and analyze statistical data derived from student registration in the Banner system, forwarding it to relevant external entities or internal departments to fulfill regulatory guidelines enabling national accreditation for the institution. • Streamline school control and administration processes by participating in pilot projects developed by the Technical Secretariat department to improve campus school administration processes. • Verify documentary support for the previous-level study certificate (e.g., high school) against data from the originating school, student personal and academic data, and original document security features—to ensure timely and proper delivery per the school regulations and MOISES. • Review grade changes submitted by the Academic Department and request corrections from the Student Services Management (GSE) for any student grades affected by late exams and/or instructor errors, ensuring system updates align with students’ evaluation evidence. • Verify authenticity of documentation submitted by the student community through security feature and electronic validation checks; if inconsistencies are detected, forward them to the appropriate validating authority according to the document’s educational level. • Validate that new-entry students possess accredited prior-level studies dated before their entry into UNITEC, to prevent academic cycle overlap. • Timely register enrollments, personal data, biometric data, and documents of students enrolled in the UNAM High School Program on the DGIRE platform, ensuring all such students are officially registered and receive high-quality service regarding their academic trajectory. • Manage high school and undergraduate degree equivalency procedures by submitting original documents and reviewing them with official SEP authorities to obtain equivalency rulings for students transferring from other institutions—enabling UNITEC to waive corresponding courses in their academic records. • Manage student graduation procedures in accordance with institutional norms stipulated in MOISES for each graduation option, to award the academic degree conferred by UNITEC and deliver the official document certifying students’ academic trajectory.
