Opportunity for growth in high-impact projects **Construction Superintendent** **On-site in Aguascalientes, Ags | Residential Projects** Grupo Jazhei is seeking a Construction Superintendent with experience in residential project execution, focused on comprehensive planning, supervision, and control of construction work. **Position Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities in accordance with the overall schedule, ensuring correct execution, efficient team management, and compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards. **Responsibilities:** \* Supervise and implement the master construction plan \* Review drawings, technical specifications, and scopes prior to initiating activities \* Coordinate and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors \* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards \* Validate measurements, volumes, and construction estimates \* Apply and supervise quality checklists by specialty and construction phase \* Control inputs, materials, and tools on site \* Report progress, incidents, and requirements promptly to management \* Document progress through reports, logs, and photographic evidence \* Resolve technical and operational issues in the field \* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations **Requirements:** \* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field \* 3–5 years of experience in civil construction (residential preferred) \* Experience in construction planning, supervision, and control \* Knowledge of safety, construction, and fire protection regulations \* Ability to interpret drawings \* Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, Project, Opus (desirable) \* Knowledge of quality processes (ISO 9001) \* Availability for on-site work **Competencies:** \* Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams \* Effective communication \* Planning, organization, and control \* Proactivity \* Negotiation **We Offer:** \* Long-term project \* Competitive salary commensurate with experience \* Growth opportunity \* Participation in high-impact projects *We seek candidates with a strong sense of responsibility, results orientation, and the ability to lead construction execution on site.* Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $23,791.00 – $40,129.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
