What does the job involve? - Advising and offering life insurance to employees of government agencies with which we have agreements. - Identifying client needs and providing financial protection solutions. - Following up with clients and closing sales. Compensation Structure: - 100% commission-based (no income cap). - Financial support for 6 months upon meeting performance targets. - Additional incentives and recognition programs. - National and international conventions based on performance. Work Schedule: Initial phase: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Subsequently: Flexible schedule based on results.
