Security Guard and Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: This role combines security surveillance with basic maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure facility security and perform maintenance tasks. 2. Basic knowledge of General Maintenance required. 3. Positive work environment. Objective: Ensure facility security and perform basic maintenance tasks. Responsibilities: * Monitor entry and exit of personnel and vehicles from the premises * Conduct inspection rounds * Control access to restricted areas * Maintain a detailed log of incidents and activities. * Perform basic repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs, adjusting furniture, etc.) * Supervise proper operation of lighting and electrical systems. * Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas and remove trash from security zones. * Gardening. Education: Junior High School or High School Diploma Skills and Knowledge: * Punctuality * Teamwork and clear communication * Prior experience in security roles preferred * Good physical condition * Basic knowledge of General Maintenance.
