Job stability **Precision Agriculture and Silo Supply Supervisor** **Location:** Ejido Montoro (south of the city) **Company:** Grupo Agroag **Main Responsibilities** * Acquire and apply knowledge for accurate interpretation of data, including: planting and harvest monitoring reports, digital elevation maps, satellite imagery, aerial photographs, remote sensors, and soil sensors. * Collect information and build a database covering planting monitoring, harvest yield mapping, remote sensing readings for soil fertility and moisture, and present such information to the Agricultural Technical Committee for decision-making (e.g., cost reduction, fertilizer use efficiency, water use efficiency). * Undertake training and develop courses to update staff on precision agriculture technologies involved in production processes. * Research agronomic prediction and diagnostic models to enhance crop yield and quality, and communicate these models to personnel responsible for agricultural operations. * Support Zone Managers in key processes (e.g., planting/harvesting, fertilization) and act as their substitute in special circumstances. **Requirements** * Technician or Engineer in Agronomy, Industrial Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, or related field. Knowledge in Information Technologies is highly valued. * Minimum 1 year of experience in agriculture, production, forage, or similar roles.
