Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the continuous operation of flexographic machines by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting the Area Manager. We are a 100% Mexican company with over 38 years of experience in the label industry for cosmetics, beverages, food, pharmaceuticals, and more. **Job Objective:** Ensure the continuous operation of flexographic machines and auxiliary equipment through low-level preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting the Area Manager. **Education:** Technical high school diploma in mechanics, electricity, electromechanics, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1–3 years of experience in flexographic machinery maintenance (central drum, narrow web). **Technical Knowledge:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic). * Ink supply systems, anilox rolls, cliché mounting, and registration. * Adjustment of printing pressure, speed, and registration. * Diagnosis of failures in printing components. What activities would you perform? * **Installation and Assembly:** Support the installation and assembly of piping systems, equipment, and mechanical, electrical, or electronic components. * **Facility Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure, equipment, and plant machinery according to the established annual plan. * **Diagnosis and Repairs:** Inspect facilities and equipment to identify failures; execute repairs or recommend technical solutions. * **Maintenance Tracking:** Record maintenance activities in logbooks and report progress, incidents, and deviations to the Maintenance Manager. * **Material Management:** Use materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks efficiently and responsibly. * **Continuous Improvement:** Propose improvements to increase equipment efficiency and reduce recurring failures. * **Emergency Response:** Address unexpected failures during operations by evaluating and applying immediate and effective solutions. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and food safety regulations, reporting any deviations. * **Cleanliness and Order:** Maintain optimal conditions for work equipment, tools, and assigned areas, reporting detected anomalies. **We Offer:** * Biweekly payment * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day * Statutory benefits *ALL OUR RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESSES ARE FREE* Salary: $10,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
