Join us and help leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, inclusive world. **Your Role** As a **Quality Assurance Analyst at Capgemini**, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through **functional testing within Agile environments**. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to validate business requirements, execute test cases, manage defects, and contribute to the overall quality strategy. This role requires a solid understanding of the **Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)**, strong attention to detail, and effective collaboration with stakeholders. **Responsibilities \& Scope** * Design, develop, and execute **functional test cases** based on business and technical requirements. * Perform **end\-to\-end testing** across applications to ensure quality and performance standards are met. * Follow and apply **Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)** processes, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. * Identify, log, and track defects using **JIRA or similar tools**, ensuring proper documentation and resolution follow\-up. * Validate bug fixes and perform **regression testing** to maintain application stability. * Collaborate closely with **Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders** to clarify requirements and ensure alignment. * Participate in **Agile/Scrum ceremonies** such as sprint planning, stand\-ups, and retrospectives. * Support test documentation, reporting, and traceability. * Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards. * (Desirable) Support or collaborate in **test automation initiatives** where applicable. **Your Profile** * **Detail\-oriented and quality\-driven** – Ensures accuracy and completeness in testing activities. * **Strong STLC knowledge** – Understands testing processes, methodologies, and defect management deeply. * **Analytical mindset** – Able to identify issues, root causes, and communicate findings clearly. * **Effective communicator** – Clearly interacts with technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * **Collaborative** – Works effectively within Agile teams and cross\-functional environments. * **Adaptable** – Thrives in dynamic, fast\-paced environments with changing priorities. **Basic Qualifications** * **5 to 7 years of experience** in Functional Testing. * Strong understanding of **Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)** and defect lifecycle management. * Hands\-on experience with **JIRA** or similar defect tracking tools. * Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments** (preferred). * Prior experience in the **Service or Hospitality domain** (preferred). * Exposure to **test automation tools** (desirable). * Strong **communication and stakeholder management skills**. **What you’ll love** * Exposure to top global companies working with Capgemini (145 of the Fortune 500 companies) * Tech solutions and projects driving societal impact and paving the way for a sustainable future * Well\-being hub and different wellbeing initiatives **Need to know** * **Career Development in Spanish \& English:** Training, certifications, and mentorship programs available in both languages to support bilingual growth. * **Community Engagement:** Participate in local volunteering initiatives, tech meetups, and cultural events within the Capgemini network. **About Capgemini** Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world while creating tangible impact.
