We are an organization in constant **growth**, where **talent**, **continuous improvement**, and teamwork **make the difference.** We are currently looking to integrate a strategic and operational profile into our team for the position of: **RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR / EGG CHANNEL** **MUST-HAVE:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or related field. We seek a highly operational individual, results-oriented, with experience in dynamic environments, capable of ensuring the achievement of **commercial objectives**, proper logistics coordination, and **effective development of work teams.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate sales and delivery teams of 25 or more people. * Assign and monitor daily activities of operational and commercial staff. * Achieve sales, coverage, and service targets. * Prospect and onboard new customers. * Conduct interviews and satisfaction surveys to ensure an excellent service experience. * Supervise product rotation and shelf placement at point of sale. * Coordinate logistics for routes, deliveries, and product distribution. * Monitor commercial and operational KPIs. * Train, lead, and motivate the work team. * Implement commercial strategies to increase sales and market positioning. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * Operational leadership. * Organization and planning. * Negotiation and customer service. * Effective communication. * Decision-making. * Working under pressure and results orientation.
