Reporting to the **Warehouse Manager**, the **Warehouse Supervisor** role will be responsible for supervising staff responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials to the production line; ensuring compliance with procedures in each of these areas; and ensuring proper use of work tools. **What a typical workday looks like:** * Oversee shipment, receipt, and distribution of goods. * Shift handover (receipt and delivery). * Ensures orders delivered are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. * Conducts quality control checks on all received products prior to storage or distribution. * Maintains appropriate inventory levels in the warehouse to ensure maximum profitability. * Ensures the warehouse is maintained efficiently, orderly, and safely. * Market administration and production planning. **Experience we seek to add to our team:** * Engineering or completed bachelor’s degree. * Industrial sector experience preferred. * Experience in this position or similar role. * Inventory management experience. * Knowledge of inventory handling and control, Kanban system, pull system, kitting, full reel, drip delivery, supermarket, and receipt. * FIFO inventory management. * Basic English. * Experience in receiving and material issuance areas. * Proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of Baan. * Personnel management. * 5S. * Experience with external warehouses. * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Willingness to rotate shifts. **What you’ll receive for your excellent work:** * Competitive salary. * Life insurance and major medical expense insurance. * Above-average Christmas bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund.
