Reporting to the **Warehouse Manager**, the **Warehouse Supervisor** role is responsible for supervising staff involved in receiving, storing, and issuing materials to the production line; ensuring compliance with procedures across these areas; and promoting proper use of work tools. **What a typical workday looks like:** * Supervise shipment, receipt, and distribution of goods. * Shift handover for receiving and delivery. * Ensure orders delivered are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. * Conduct quality control checks on all received products prior to storage or distribution. * Maintain appropriate inventory levels in the warehouse to ensure maximum efficiency. * Ensure the warehouse remains efficient, organized, and safe. * Market administration and production planning. **Experience we seek to add to our team:** * Completed engineering degree or bachelor’s degree. * Industrial sector experience preferred. * Experience in this position or similar roles. * Inventory management experience. * Knowledge of inventory handling and control, Kanban system, pull system, kitting, full reel, drip-feed delivery, supermarket, and receiving. * FIFO inventory management. * Basic English. * Experience in receiving and material issuance areas. * Proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of Baan. * Personnel management. * 5S. * Experience with external warehouses. * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Availability to rotate shifts. **What you’ll receive for your outstanding work:** * Competitive salary. * Life insurance and major medical expense insurance. * Above-average Christmas bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund.
