Key role in ERP implementation. **Confidential company | Agro-industrial sector (preferred)** A stable company undergoing professionalization seeks an **Administrative Manager** to lead the administrative–financial area and strengthen internal controls, operational efficiency, and ERP implementation. **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company’s administrative and financial operations, ensuring proper functioning of assigned areas, regulatory compliance, resource optimization, and generation of reliable information for executive decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Direct and coordinate the areas of **Accounting, Human Capital, Procurement, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Internal Audit, and Systems**. * Supervise the preparation and presentation of **financial statements and administrative reports**. * Generate **executive reports** for senior management. * Design, implement, and monitor **policies, procedures, and internal controls**. * Coordinate **periodic internal audits** to improve efficiency and productivity. * Prepare and execute **operational and financial budgets**. * Propose improvements to administrative and operational processes to optimize costs and profitability. * Lead **ERP implementation** and ensure its proper integration across all departments. * Evaluate administrative staff performance and propose development plans. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field**. * **Minimum 10 years’ experience** in administrative, accounting, or financial roles. * Experience in **internal controls, budgeting, corporate finance, and administrative management**. * Proficiency in administrative and accounting systems (**ERP, CONTPAQi, Excel**). * Prior experience in **agro-industrial companies** is desirable. * Knowledge of current tax and labor regulations. * Valid driver’s license. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and multidisciplinary team management. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Financial analysis and budgetary control. * Effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving. * Ability to structure processes, policies, and KPIs. **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $25,000 * Job stability. * Participation in company improvement and professionalization initiatives. * Leadership opportunity with direct operational impact. **Application:** If you **meet the profile** and are interested in a leadership challenge within a growing company, apply through this channel.
