Professional and collaborative work environment DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking to incorporate a **Quality Engineer** with at least 5 years of experience for a Trolleybus project in Ixtapaluca. We seek talented professionals who share our passion for sustainable development and quality. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities and deliverables comply with the highest quality standards established by Eosol Group and applicable regulations. Your main duties will include: * Supervising and controlling the quality of materials, processes, and labor on the Trolleybus construction site. * Developing and implementing project-specific quality control plans. * Conducting periodic inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality procedures. * Identifying non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions, and tracking their implementation. * Preparing detailed quality reports and presenting them to project management. * Coordinating with various site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure application of quality standards. * Verifying that technical documentation and quality records are kept up-to-date and complete. * Participating in project meetings to discuss quality-related matters. * Ensuring compliance with the technical specifications of the Trolleybus project. * Promoting a culture of quality across all levels of the site team. **Job Requirements:** * Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related degree. * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in similar roles, preferably in on-site supervision. * Demonstrated experience in the construction sector, with focus on infrastructure projects (trolleybus, mass transit, etc.). * Solid knowledge of quality regulations applicable to construction and civil works projects. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and regulations. * Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. * Attention to detail and rigor in following procedures. * Availability to work in Ixtapaluca. **Preferred (but not mandatory):** * Certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001). * Knowledge of project management and quality control software. * Prior experience in public transportation projects. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a solid and growing company. * Participation in an iconic and large-scale project. * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
