Job Summary: Efficiently supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and personnel management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations. 2. Ensure inventory accuracy and reliability. 3. Coordinate shipping logistics and supplier relationships. • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. • Ensure inventory accuracy and reliability through periodic controls and cycle counts. • Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance. • Ensure compliance with storage, handling, and product preservation procedures. • Coordinate order preparation and shipment to customers and distributors nationwide. • Track incidents related to inventory, deliveries, returns, and shortages. • Maintain the inventory control system and warehouse movement records up to date. • Implement initiatives to improve productivity, organization, and safety within the warehouse. • Coordinate shipping logistics and relationships with transportation and courier service providers. • Prepare inventory reports, operational KPIs, and departmental performance summaries. • Ensure compliance with applicable warehouse safety and hygiene regulations. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Age: between 26 and 45 years Knowledge: Compliance with regulations, Warehousing, Shipping, Packing, Warehouse Management, Logistics Operations, Operations Supervision Driver's License: A Keywords: leader, manager, supervisor, director, chief, lead, leadership, warehouse supervisor, warehouse, storehouse, almacen
