Coordination of interviews and candidate follow-up BUDGET RENTAL CAR seeks a Recruiter with experience in mass recruitment to support filling administrative and operational vacancies across our agencies. We are looking for a dynamic, organized individual with a strong sense of urgency who can work toward coverage objectives driven by expansion. **Responsibilities** * Posting job openings on job boards. * Mass recruitment of operational, administrative, and sales advisor profiles. * Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews. * Candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process. * Coordinating interviews with management. * Conducting employment reference checks. * Preparing and maintaining personnel files. * Monitoring coverage and hiring metrics. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in mass or operational recruitment. * Experience recruiting commercial or automotive profiles (desirable). * Proficiency in job boards and social media platforms. * Strong verbal communication and organizational skills. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability for dynamic, objective-driven work. **We Offer** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. * Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
