We are currently seeking a **Quality Inspector** to join our team. **A** **A Day in the Life of This Role:** * Quality inspection according to AVES criteria * Quality inspection according to Standard Operating Sheet * Quality inspection of color application criteria * Analysis of defective data for quality judgment * Ability to detect and determine types of paint defects **Responsibilities** * Color judgment according to Evaluation Master * Interpretation of colorimetric data for quality judgment * Determination of quality for evaluation against AVES criteria * Review of equipment parameters according to quality standards * Review of material parameters according to quality standards * Application of NEM criteria applicable to the painting process * Feedback to originating processes regarding equipment parameter judgments * Feedback to originating processes regarding material parameter judgments * Counting of defects for total DPHU * Counting of defects for top coat DPHU * Leveling of V2 and V3 defects **Who We Are Looking For:** **Mandatory:** * 1 year * Proficiency in 5S * Risk assessment * Audit management * Use of evaluation instruments * Excel proficiency **What You Can Expect at Nissan:** **Professional Growth and Continuous Learning Opportunities:** Benefit from diverse career paths, interdepartmental transfers, and innovative learning platforms.
