Contribute to operational efficiency—including financial control and regulatory compliance—by strengthening procurement process management and improvement, such as: cost reduction, control of commercial partner documentation, budget administration, and maintenance of the authorized commercial partner list. Additionally, understand commercial partner documentation and evaluations according to international procedures and standards (IATF, ISO 14001, OEA/CTPAT). Responsibilities: - Manage suppliers and price negotiations. - Coordinate purchase orders and delivery tracking. - Supervise procurement processes and inventory control. - Analyze and report market and cost trends. - Basic cost analysis. - Accurate reconciliation of supplier data in the system. - Initial understanding of international procedures and standards (IATF, ISO 14001, OEA/CTPAT). - Basic budget administration: support in planning and tracking assigned expenses and investments. - Document control: organization and tracking of files related to suppliers and procurement processes. - Support in supplier compliance evaluations. - Organizational communication: ability to confirm contract and bond expiration statuses. - Process optimization: identification of requirements and simple proposals to reduce administrative time. · Requirements - Demonstrable experience in procurement and supply chain. - Supplier and contract management knowledge is preferred. - Experience in price analysis and negotiation. - Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks. · Benefits - Competitive salary and additional benefits. - Access to professional development programs and continuous training. - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing corporate environment. · We value the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of JATCO MEXICO. - Requirements: - Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree. - 1 year of experience. - Age: between 20 and 42 years old. - Keywords: employee, worker, employee, personal, shopping, purchases, orders, acquisition, procurement
