Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to manage operational staff, set and communicate objectives, organize workflow, and pursue continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Manages operational staff and handles incidents. 2. Sets and achieves daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. 3. Pursues continuous improvement in processes. Vianney is seeking a Process Engineer Gender: Indifferent. Education: Completed Industrial Engineering degree or related field. Experience: 6 months to 1 year. Responsibilities: - Management of 20–40 operational staff (including incident handling). - Setting and achieving daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees. - Organizing workflow through assignment of responsibilities and preparation of schedules. - Managing human and material resources while pursuing continuous process improvement. - Availability to rotate shifts.
