Maintenance Technician **Location:**Gestamp Aguascalientes, MX, Gestamp Ag **Date:** Apr 14, 2026 Education: TSU or incomplete engineering degree. Technician focused on plant preventive and corrective maintenance, requiring prior knowledge (at least 3 years) in the following technologies: Overhead cranes. Compressors. Substations. Water networks (cooling and fire protection systems). Water purification plant. HVAC. Workshop machinery (lathes, grinders, milling machines, etc.). Required experience includes: LOTO and safe interventions. Electrical energy (medium and high voltage), hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Working at heights (DC3 certification preferred to demonstrate experience). Interpretation of diagrams. Fault analysis. Knowledge of control signals and power stages. Willingness to work rotating shifts. Documentation of corrective actions and lessons learned.
