Job Summary: Performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation. Key Highlights: 1. Preferred experience in plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and finishing. 2. Key skills: customer service, proactivity, and teamwork. 3. Schedule: Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. JOB OBJECTIVE: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as emergency reporting, including plumbing, drywall, electrical systems, air conditioning units, to ensure optimal facility operation.
