Job Summary: Analyst responsible for reviewing and analyzing lease contracts, negotiating rent increases, and managing relationships with landlords. Key Responsibilities: 1. Landlord contact and communication POSITION: Lease Analyst / Real Estate Leasing Position Objective: A major corporate women's apparel and accessories company seeks a Lease Analyst to review and analyze lease contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, among other duties. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drafting and/or reviewing lease contracts * Negotiating rent increases * Invoice recovery * Landlord communication and support * Serving as the liaison between corporate and landlords REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 20–30 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration (internship status acceptable; degree completion not required) * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience: 6 months to 1 year WE OFFER * Salary: MXN 13,856 (gross) per month * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Location * Pasaje Interlomas, Huixquilucan Immediate hiring if you meet the profile Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to MXN 13,856.70 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours Workplace: On-site employment
