Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Warehouse Operations Supervisor to efficiently manage operations, inventory, quality, and product deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control under FIFO methodology At Corporativo Dilusa, we are looking for a highly committed and results-oriented Warehouse Operations Supervisor who will efficiently manage warehouse operations by implementing the FIFO method, ensuring inventory control, orderliness, quality, and on-time delivery of products to customers and branches. Main Responsibilities: - Supervise warehouse operational staff (team leaders and assistants). - Coordinate receiving and picking of raw materials and finished goods. - Control inventory using the FIFO methodology. - Manage personnel and area-related incidents. - Supervise loading, unloading, and storage of products. - Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper material placement. - Coordinate orders to branches and customers. - Report inventory anomalies and status to the warehouse manager. Requirements: - Education: High school diploma or technical degree (preferred). - Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience. - Forklift operation skills. - Knowledge of inventory control and the FIFO system. - Computer proficiency (Excel, Word). - Experience managing personnel.
