Job Summary: Grupo Modelo is seeking a Route Planning Analyst to optimize the design and execution of delivery routes, ensuring continuous improvement and monitoring of key performance indicators. We invite you to apply for the position of: Route Planning Analyst Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Years and area of experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience or basic knowledge in logistics processes (Delivery process, route planning, and route execution analysis). Language: Intermediate English (B1) Technical knowledge: Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced), data interpretation, and use of tools supporting root-cause problem solving, Competencies: -Self-management. -Strong verbal communication and organizational skills. Work location: Tres Centurias, CTS, Aguascalientes. Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (occasional shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM may be required) Purpose and responsibilities of the position: -Guarantee routine monitoring and action plans jointly with the business unit to improve delivery route design. -Receive training to continuously enhance performance in both functional and leadership skills. -Routine review of KPIs and generation/management of action plans for improvement. -Operational visibility during the shift, as well as key indicator results, to key customers.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree Less than 1 year of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Logistics, Microsoft Excel, SAP Keywords: analyst, planificacion, planning, planeacion
