Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor's degree in related fields. Residence within the region and availability to travel to stores. **Experience in 360-degree management of multiple branches and direct accountability for achieving all KPIs in retail or self-service environments. People management (more than 25 employees) and knowledge of key processes (shrinkage, sales, turnover, mystery shopper). Valid driver's license. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-performing teams with a focus on employees' personal and professional growth. Manage operations across multiple business units as if they were your own venture, ensuring control and continuous improvement of operational metrics (sales, turnover, shrinkage, service). Ensure excellent customer service in every store, conveying the organizational culture. Collaborate with support departments (Human Resources, Procurement, Auditing, IT Systems, Labor Relations, Suppliers). Develop strategies for employee retention and customer service promotion.
