




Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food research and development, recipe creation, and ensure food quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on food quality and safety At Corporativo Dilusa, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support the Research and Development department in executing processes related to food preparation, development of new recipes, and compliance with food quality and safety standards. Main Responsibilities: - Assist in food preparation for testing and product development - Participate in recipe creation and standardization - Implement hygiene and sanitation practices according to Distintivo H - Monitor temperatures and properly handle ingredients - Perform deep cleaning of work areas and equipment - Support events, demonstrations, and operational workload of the department - Basic data entry and recordkeeping in Excel and Word Requirements: - Proactive attitude and service orientation. - Focus on food quality and safety. - Education: High school diploma (preferably in Gastronomy or related field). - Basic experience in kitchen or food processing activities. - Knowledge of hygienic food handling.
